 Shipping Rates:
* Free shipping does not apply to the Humanity Family Bed. Shipping charges for the co-sleeper are detailed in the product description. These shipping rates are for the contiguous USA only. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories and International orders will be emailed concerning any necessary additional charges. For additional information on our policies, please refer to the policies section.
Local PickupLocal Pickup is available for those customers who live in the North Metro Atlanta area. Please call 404-664-8985 to arrange pickup either from our home or to set up place to meet.
International Orders:International customers are charged exact shipping. Please email Frog and Elephant or call 404-664-8985 for a quote. You will be emailed an invoice from PayPal for the additional shipping charges. Your items will not be shipped until this invoice is paid. If additional shipping charges are not paid within 3 business days, your order will be canceled and will be subject to a 3% fee to cover administrative expenses.Insurance and delivery confirmation are not available on international orders. You are responsible for paying any duties or fees associated with the international shipment. Frog and Elephant does NOT replace international orders for any reason so order at your own risk.
Shipping Times:Frog and Elephant usually ships all orders within 1 business day. Some items will be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Diaper packages, Allen's Naturally detergent, and Co-Sleeper Pillows have shipping delays as noted in the product descriptions. Occasionally delays will occur, such as backorders, delayed shipping from the manufacturer, or a sick baby. We will email you if there will be a delay for any reason.
Expedited Shipping:Express and overnight shipping are available. Please email Frog and Elephant or call 404-664-8985 for a quote. We will email you a PayPal invoice for the additional charges and we will ship as soon as the invoice is paid. Express shipping will either be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, and depending on the location, will take approximately 2-5 days to arrive once the order has shipped. Overnight shipping will be shipped via UPS unless unavailable.Orders shipped to remote or international addresses may take longer to arrive even if express shipping is selected.
Delivery Confirmation:All orders are shipped with either delivery confirmation or a tracking number. If a package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Frog and Elephant does not make exceptions so please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.
Insurance:You are responsible for purchasing insurance if you would like items replaced that may have been lost in the mail. If you do not purchase insurance we are not reponsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. If you are interested in purchasing insurance please email Frog and Elephant or call 404-664-8985 and we will give you a quote. Frog and Elephant will email you a PayPal invoice for the additional charges and your order will be shipped once the invoice is paid.Please use caution while opening your package. Frog and Elephant is not responsible for items damaged or cut while opening your package.
"Returned to Sender":Items that are returned to us due to an insufficient address will be charged actual shipping amount required for reshipment, unless the mistake is ours. We will email you an invoice from PayPal for the exact cost required to reship. Frog and Elephant will not reship until the invoice is paid and you verify your shipping address. We ship your items to the exact shipping address you provide. To avoid reshipping costs, please provide your apartment or suite number and business name when applicable.
