Occasionally certain prints may be unavailable. In these instances we will make every effort to contact you for another choice. If we do not receive a response we may substitute prints and/or colors in an effort to not delay you shipment.
Frog and Elephant strives to ship every item within 1 business day. Some items will be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Occasionally delays will occur, such as backorders, delayed shipping from the manufacturer, or sick baby. We will let you know if there will be a delay for any reason.
All orders will be shipped using USPS first class or UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO boxes so please specify a street address.
The shipping rates listed in the shipping section are for the contiguous USA only. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories, and International orders will be emailed concerning any necessary additional charges. If additional shipping charges are not paid within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled and will be subject to a 3% fee to cover administrative expenses.

Once the merchandise is in the posession of the carrier Frog and Elephant will not be held responsible for any loss, delays, or damage. We will do everything possible to file claims for any loss, delay, or damage. We reserve the right to not reimburse customers until the claim has been settled.
Returns and Exchanges:
Frog and Elephant will gladly exchange products or refund your money (less shipping charges) for non clearance items that are returned unused, unwashed, in their original package and in resalable condition within 15 days of purchase. Washed or used items will not be accepted. Clearance merchandise is not eligible for return. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If your items were eligible for "free shipping" you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the amount it cost to ship your order.
Customers exchanging products will be charged actual shipping costs for re-shipment. This includes items that were originally purchased as "free shipping".
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item(s) to us. Please send all returns with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Frog and Elephant will not be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged returned items.
All items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. If your merchandise is found to be defective we will provide you with contact information for the manufacturer for repair of replacement. Neither Frog and Elephant nor the manufacturer is responsible for damage due to improper care. If you have any questions about how to care for items please ask.
Please use caution while opening your package. Frog and Elephant is not responsible for items damaged or cut while opening your package.
Forms of Payment:
Frog and Elephant accepts checks and credit cards through PayPal's shopping system. Personal checks, money orders, and cash are welcome from local customers who pick up their orders. Local customers should call 404-664-8985 or email Frog and Elephant to set up an appointment.
